Low-Cost Therapy in Brighton & Hove

The cost of private therapy can sometimes make it difficult to access the support you would like. I offer a limited number of low-cost therapy spaces at £30 per 50-minute session, discounted from my standard fee of £55.

Low-cost spaces are available for face-to-face therapy in Fiveways, Brighton, and for online therapy throughout the UK.

Who is eligible for low-cost therapy?

My low-cost therapy offer is for anyone who feels that cost is a barrier to accessing therapy, including students and those on a low income. There is no need to provide proof of income, but if you feel that low-cost therapy would help you to access support that you could not otherwise afford, please get in touch.

What are my qualifications?

I am qualified with a Level 6 Diploma in Person-Centred Psychotherapeutic Counselling, and am a registered member of the BACP.

What is person-centred therapy?

I am a person-centred therapist, which means I don’t approach therapy with a set of instructions or exercises for you to follow.

Instead, I aim to create a space where you can explore your experiences openly and at your own pace. You are the expert in your own experience, and my role is to listen carefully and try to understand your perspective.

Getting started

Sessions are 50 minutes. If you would like to ask any questions or find out whether therapy with me might be right for you, you can get in touch or book a free 30-minute introductory call. Low-cost spaces are limited in number, so availability can change.
