Session format
Therapy sessions can take place in-person, online, or a combination of the two.
In-person sessions take place in therapy rooms in Brighton & Hove.
Online sessions take place via video call.
Session Pricing
Sessions are charged at £55.
If you are not able to afford this rate, please get in touch, as I am able to offer
a limited number of low-cost places at £30. I will not ask for evidence of your financial situation.
Session format
Therapy sessions are 50 minutes in length and normally take place weekly at a regular time-slot. I consider it important to accommodate any accessibility needs or special requirements, and am happy to discuss this with you.
